Wir suchen Verstärkung - Area Sales Manger

TFC Europe Ltd is a leading supplier of fasteners, Consumables and components to the global industry. We are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to cover the area of North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse who is an enthusiastic organised individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. The Area Sales Manager will report to TFC Europe’s’ German Commercial Manager and would have the responsibility for maximising sales with existing and potential new customers.

 The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager, internal sales and marketing team to qualify, manage and develop business as part of the Company’s growth plans.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify DLF/Kanban and schedule business opportunities and liaise with the logistics manager and the commercial team in the UK
  • Monthly reports providing relevant sales activity in detail.
  • Maintain and develop existing Customers through Organic growth and individual account support.
  • Work closely with key decision makers and develop lasting strategic relationships with the customers.
  • Coordinate presentations and site visits with the relevant personnel to promote TFC.
  • Personal development of product knowledge and sales skills.

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication skills should be of a high standard with the ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent personal and interpersonal skills in dealing with customers, potential customers and colleagues.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Friendly personality with the ability to be a team player.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, organised and committed, with an eagerness to succeed.
  • Able to prioritise with strong time management skills.
  • Product and market knowledge of the Fastener industry would be beneficial.
